MAVE Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to completely love your MAVE pieces. If your purchase isn't quite right, we are pleased to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Eligibility To ensure the quality of our garments for all customers, returned items must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition.

• All original MAVE tags must remain attached.

• Garments must be strictly free of makeup, deodorant stains, pet hair, and fragrance.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our quality standards. In such cases, the item(s) will be shipped back to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange To start your return or exchange, please reach out to our care team at support@mavelabel.com. Please include your Order Number and the Name of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 business hours with detailed shipping instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping & Fees While we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all MAVE orders, please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as MAVE cannot accept responsibility for any return packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Exceptions: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately upon delivery, and we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process Once your return package arrives at our facility, please allow 2 business days for our team to inspect the items and process your return. Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to officially post to your account.

Exchanges We offer direct exchanges for a different size or color of the same style, subject to inventory availability. If you wish to exchange your piece for a completely different item, we kindly ask that you return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
